1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

    • In its original packaging (where applicable).

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages).

  • Personal care, hygiene, and beauty items (for health and safety reasons).

  • Gift cards and downloadable software.

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@selgra.com before sending your item back.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included.


6. Late or Missing Refunds
