It has the most edges and surfaces of any other grip trainer. Train your open hand, half crimp, and full crimp all with one tool. It can even handle +250lbs! Has the following edges:
- 30mm High/Low Volume Unlevel Edges
- 20mm straight
- 5mm straight
- 20mm rounded
- includes 5mm + 7.5mm spacers
Using an uneven edge spreads the load out evenly across the fingers, decreasing injury and increasing equal recruitment. This allows for more intense strength training without the risk of tendon injury and quicker recovery. The textured surfaces mimic real rock for excellent grip.
How to Use: Thread a rope through one hole, two holes or all four by alternating the direction. Tie the rope into a loop. Use a strong carabiner to loop around some weights, or hang the rope somewhere sturdy.
